Atlanta, GA August 30, 2010 - Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), announced today that the firm negotiated the sale of two Hilton Garden Inn hotels located in Louisiana. The 153-room Hilton Garden Inn LaFayette Canjundome and the 134-room Hilton Garden Inn West Monroe were sold on behalf of Jackie’s International. The portfolio sold to Apple REIT Nine for an undisclosed amount.

Atlanta, GA August 30, 2010 – Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), announced today that the firm negotiated the sale of the Hilton Garden Inn located in West Monroe, Louisiana. The 134-room Hilton Garden Inn West Monroe was sold to Apple REIT Nine on behalf of Jackie’s International for an undisclosed amount.

“The acquisition of this property provided the buyer an opportunity to own a top performing hotel in the market,” said Brad Sinclair, a vice president for Hotel AG. “The hotel is across from the Ike Hamilton Expo Center and three miles from the West Monroe Convention Center – both major demand generators that contribute to the property’s strong operating performance.”

Atlanta, GA July 30, 2010 – Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), announced today that the firm negotiated the sale of the Hilton Garden Inn in Silver Spring, Maryland on behalf of Baywood Hotels. The property sold to Apple REIT Nine for a purchase price of $17,400,000.
