Hotel AG Closes the SpringHill Suites Transaction in Baton Rouge, LA

Atlanta, GA November 10, 2009 - Hotel AG announces today that it has closed the 119- room SpringHill Suites located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The 4-story interior corridor property was sold to Apple REIT Nine for an undisclosed amount.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Hotel AG is a specialized brokerage firm offering hotel-specific real estate and investment banking within the United States.
