Atlanta, GA September 4, 2008 - Hotel Assets Group, LLC known as "Hotel AG" announces today that it has closed the transaction for the 126 room Hilton Garden Inn hotel located in Eastern Maryland. Hotel AG has seven alliance offices located in South Florida, Baltimore/ Washington, Memphis, Louisville, Los Angeles and the greater Boston region.

The seller was Baywood Hotels, Inc headquartered in Maryland and the buyer was Apple REIT headquartered in Richmond Virginia.
