The Company operates in all 50 States focusing on Hotel real estate with a per property cap value of $75 million and under. Hotel AG is not focused on geographic location, status, price or brand, rather we are client driven and client specific. Several recent sales that best represent our core business are the Courtyard – Somerset NJ, Courtyard – Harrisonburg VA, Springhill Suites – Greensboro NC, Hilton Garden Inn – Savannah GA and Hilton Garden Inn Columbia SC.
